PlusyUnlock Plusy: buying, restoring and refunds
Unlock Plusy is one payment of $29, with no subscription. It removes the heart limit and raises the monthly worksheet scans and AI lists. It opens no extra content.
What is Unlock Plusy and what does it cost?
Unlock Plusy is the one thing Plusy sells. It costs $29, paid once. It is not a subscription, there is nothing to cancel, and there is one product only: no tiers, no family plan, and no packs of coins or hearts. There is no free trial because the app itself is free to use.
What exactly does the unlock give?
The unlock changes three limits on the account it is bought for, and nothing else. Every road, every world and every game is already open on a free account, so the unlock opens no extra content.

How do I buy it on the web?
On the web, you buy the unlock from inside Plusy while signed in to the account you want unlocked. The checkout is handled by PayPro Global, Plusy's reseller, which takes the payment and deals with billing and tax. Plusy never sees your card details.
Sign in to the right account
The unlock attaches to the account that is signed in, so check it is your child's. You can see the address in You, Grown-ups, Settings.
Open the unlock screen
Go to the Shop tab and choose Unlock Plusy. The same screen opens from the hearts card with Unlock unlimited hearts, and when hearts run out.
Tap the button
Unlock Plusy for $29 opens PayPro Global's checkout in the same tab, with the account's email already filled in.
Pay, and come back
After payment you land back in Plusy, which checks for the unlock for the next minute or so. Hearts then show as unlimited and the Shop says Plusy unlocked.
The unlock belongs to the account, not to a device. Sign in with the same account on any phone, tablet or computer and Plusy is unlocked there too. One account is one child, so the unlock covers that child's account.
I paid and Plusy did not unlock. What should I do?
A payment notice can take a little while to reach Plusy, so the first thing to do is wait a minute and reload the page. If the account still shows a heart count after that, write to support.
- Wait a minute, then reload the page.
- Check you are signed in to the account you bought for: You, Grown-ups, Settings shows the address.
- Still not unlocked? Write to support@plusy.app with the order number from your PayPro Global receipt and the email address of the Plusy account.
What about the iPhone and iPad app?
An iPhone and iPad app is on the way and is not on the App Store yet. When it is released, buying the unlock inside it will go through the App Store, as an Apple in-app purchase at the same one-time price, and Apple will handle the payment.
A purchase made through the App Store will be restorable from the unlock screen with Restore purchases, which will appear under the unlock button in the app. An unlock bought on the web will need no restoring: signing in to the same account will be enough, because the unlock travels with the account.
Can I get a refund?
Plusy's Terms say that payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. For any billing question, write to support@plusy.app with your order number. If a web payment is refunded or reversed, the unlock is removed from the account and it goes back to being a free account.
Purchases made through the App Store, once the app is available, will follow Apple's own refund process, and those decisions are Apple's.
Questions
Is it really one payment, or does it renew?
It is one payment of $29. Unlock Plusy is not a subscription, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Does the unlock cover more than one child?
The unlock belongs to one account, and one account holds one child's profile. A second child with their own account would need their own unlock. Plusy has no family plan.
Will my child lose anything if we stay on the free account?
No content. Every road, world and game is open on a free account. The differences are the heart limit and one worksheet scan and one AI list a day.
Who is PayPro Global on my card statement?
PayPro Global is the reseller that processes web purchases of the unlock for Plusy. It handles the payment, billing and any tax, and sends the receipt with your order number.
Can my child buy the unlock by accident?
On the web the purchase needs a payment card typed into the checkout, which is the adult step. The unlock is the only thing in Plusy that costs money, and coins earned in the app cannot buy it.
