Delete your Plusy account
This permanently deletes your Plusy account and everything tied to it. If you are signed in, it takes a minute here. It cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself
Sign in with the account you want to delete, and you can delete it right away.

Email support@plusy.app from the address on the account. We will delete it within 7 days and tell you when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your sign-in
- All progress: the worlds and levels finished on every road, practice results, hearts, coins, XP and the streak
- Your settings saved in the account
Settings kept on this device, such as the voice switch, are cleared from the device you delete from.
What we keep
A record that an account was deleted and when, without your email address, so we can answer a question about it later. If you ever buy something in Plusy, payment records may be kept where the law requires it, for tax and accounting only.
